Welcome to planDisney, Dean!
Whenever I'm rumbly in my tumbly, Walt Disney World is where I want to eat. In fact, I currently have a very strong craving for those Thigh High Chicken Biscuits at
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. But alas! I'm far away from "home." I should probably book my next visit!
Since the
restaurants at Walt Disney World are so popular, it's wise to make
advance dining reservations. You can make these up to 60 days in advance of your trip. For those staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, there is the extra benefit of being able to make reservations up to 60 days in advance
plus the length of your stay (up to 10 days).
If you find yourself running a little late, Hakuna Matata! Disney will typically hold your dining reservation up to 15 minutes after your scheduled dining time. However, any later than this, they reserve the right to reallocate your table to other diners. Therefore, I would make every effort to try and make your reservation time. You wouldn't want to look forward to that delicious meal all day and then miss out!
I'm sure the anticipation is building each moment, Dean. I hope your upcoming meal turns out to be "practically perfect" in every way.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
