    If you are late for your dining reservation will they hold it for a certain period of time? What is the financial penalty for missing your reservation if you are on a meal plan. Will they charge you for a meal?

    Hi Karyn,

    As a rule, they will hold your Advanced Dining Reservation for 10-15 minutes beyond the reservation time. If you miss a reservation and you do not cancel it by 11:59 p.m. EST on the day before the meal, you will be charged a $10 per person cancellation fee. You will need to call 407-WDW-DINE to cancel.
