How late can you check in to your hotel on your arrival day? We once checked in at 2am at CS. We are driving from NC but may not be able to leave until 4pm on DEC. 21. Thanks a bunch:)

    Hello, Connie!

We've checked into our resort after midnight on several occasions, and have never had a problem because of it. I make sure, however, that I use online check-in, which also enables me to notify the resort of my expected time of arrival.

If you haven't tried this service yet, this might be the trip to do so. When your vacation is a couple of weeks away, if you access your reservation online, you'll see the option of online check-in then. Because of your late arrival, having your materials already gathered for you and set aside will surely save time, allowing you all to head to your room for some well-deserved sleep!

If you choose not to use online check-in, just be sure to let the resort know your estimated arrival time. There will always be a Cast Member happy to assist you upon your arrival.

Have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World in December! The parks are even more magical at that time than ever!

Please send additional questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
