How late are bags brought to rooms after DME drop-off.

Hi, Daniel! This is a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us. In my experience, it usually takes three to four hours after we land at Orlando International Airport before our luggage is brought to our room. They can deliver your luggage to your room late into the evening even if you have a flight arrival close to the service's cut-off time. Note that if you land after 10:00 p.m., then you will need to leave off the yellow Disney's Magical Express luggage tags and stop by the luggage carousel on Level 2 to claim your bags before heading to the motorcoach pick up area on Level 1 in Terminal B.

We have had 9:30 p.m. landings and our luggage was delivered to our room during the night. However, we did have another trip where we arrived around the same time, but Bell Services held our luggage until morning. I couldn't sleep at all that night because I kept worrying that I would miss that knock at the door! I recommend that if you do wish to have your luggage brought up to your room, no matter its arrival time, or if you wish for Bell Services to hold your luggage until morning, then give them a call from the in-room phone to kindly ask for them to log your preferences. Either way, be sure to pack in your carryon luggage items you may need that evening for bedtime.

I hope this helps you plan for a magical arrival! If you plan to use the Resort Airline Check-In Service for your return trip to the airport, be sure to make note of their timing! They are open from 5:00 a.m. until noon and you must check in at least three hours before your scheduled flight departure. Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
