You will not be able to bring a resort mug from a previous vacation and use it at the soda machines. The new mugs have an RFID chip in them that needs to be activated for you to be able to use the drink machines. The refill mugs are included with the purchase of the Disney Dining Plan. If you don't have the Disney Dining Plan the pricing for the mugs are:
