Hey there, hi there, Kenneth! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney and I'm so glad you're here with your question.
Don't you just
love being a
Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, Kenneth?! I know I do! Being able to just make Theme Park Reservations and head to my happy place on a whim truly brings joy, magic and a sense of adventure to my everyday life. But with multiple
Annual Pass options for Florida residents, renewal windows and expiration dates, sometimes, being a member of the Passholder family can feel as confusing as it is magical. That's exactly what we at planDisney are here for, Kenneth, and I'm more than happy to help!
When you purchase a new
Annual Pass, you have one year to activate your Pass, and your Pass then expires one year from its activation and first use at a theme park. However, if your Disney Pixie Dust Pass was a renewal, regardless of when it was activated and used for the first time, the original Pass expiration date remains. So, if your latest Pixie Dust Pass was a renewal, and your Pass anniversary date has been June 29th, the date listed on your
My Disney Experience account may be correct. However, if this was a new Annual Pass purchase that was not activated and used until August 2022, it seems that it should not expire until August 2023, and I recommend
calling a Cast Member on the Annual Passholder line to discuss your specific situation.
The sooner you can call, the better, Kenneth. If you were wanting to renew your Annual Pass, you have up to 30 days after the expiration date to renew and receive the discounted renewal price. So, I recommend calling and speaking with a Cast Member as soon as possible to check the proper expiration date and renew for another year of magic!
I hope this helps, Kenneth, and I hope you have another year of magical memories and Passholder pixie dust! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have.
You've got a friend in me,
Mandy
