Last year when we visited WDW for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party the monorails were not running to the resorts at the end of the night. We ended up having to wait in long lines for the ferry. Is it the same this year? What about extra magic hours

    Hi Laura!

Unfortunately, the monorail is still not running for Extra Magic Hours except for the first hour after regular park closing.  That is basically also the case for nights when Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is being offered in the Magic Kingdom.  However, the resort monorail usually has longer hours than the express monorail for those guests staying in a Magic Kingdom monorail resort.
