Hi, last year we visited Disneyworld in Orlando and were able to easily load our tickets to my Apple Wallet. Now, we are planning to visit Disneyland in California and I am not being able to load the tickets to my Apple wallet. How can I do that?

Welcome, Renato! We're so happy you're here at planDisney and that you have shared this wonderful question with us.

I'm happy to hear you have a visit to Disneyland Resort coming up at the beginning of the year. I can think of no better place to celebrate the beginning of 2025 than 'The Happiest Place on Earth!' Indeed, you will notice some differences in the operations of Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort, but I'm happy to share some guidance on this!

At Walt Disney World Resort, Guests have the option to set up their Disney MagicMobile which contains their admission tickets, and download it to their mobile device's digital wallet. While this service is not available at Disneyland Resort, it is fairly straightforward to link your tickets within the official Disneyland mobile app and use this for entry to the theme parks, Lightning Lane Passes, and more! I'll share a few helpful steps.

First, be sure that your device is running the latest version of the app and that you are logged in to your MyDisney account. At that point, you should see your tickets automatically loaded in the "My Tickets & Passes" section. If you don't see them there, no worries. You can use the "Link Tickets and Passes" page online to enter the eTicket ID number you received with your email confirmation. Or, you can link tickets directly in the app by tapping the '☰' symbol and scrolling down to "Link to Account." From there, use your mobile device camera to scan any QR code or barcode you received with your ticket purchase or manually enter the eTicket ID number in your email confirmation. Once you see the tickets appear in your app (along with the barcode), you should be ready to use this to scan in at the theme park entrances!

Another important difference at Disneyland Resort is that Guests will need both valid admission and a theme park reservation for each day of their visit in order to enter the parks. If you've already done this, you can find your theme park reservations for each Guest linked to your account listed in the "My Plans" section of the website or the "Future Plans" tab of the mobile app.

I hope this has been some helpful guidance, Renato. If you need further clarification or if we can share any additional advice as you continue preparing for your upcoming visit, please come back and see us again soon, here at planDisney

    Magically yours,
