Hi Michael!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm sorry to hear you could not take the trip you planned last year, but I'm happy to hear you've rescheduled to visit this May! Hopefully, you feel like your
little one is old enough now to experience all the magic of Walt Disney World Resort and you'll be able to make vacation memories to last a lifetime.
Guests can renew their
Annual Pass up to 60 days before and 30 days after the pass expiration date. Your renewed Annual Pass will expire
one year from your Anniversary Date, regardless of when you actually renew. If you look at your Annual Pass on the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, you should be able to see the date it will expire. Simply open the app and select the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner to go to your profile. Select "Tickets and Passes" and locate your Annual Pass. You'll see the expiration date right under the barcode. There is an option to "Upgrade your Pass" at the bottom of the page.
I hope this helps! Hopefully, your trip falls within the dates that your pass is still active, and you'll be able to put it to good use in May. For more information regarding your Annual Pass, I encourage you to
reach out to Annual Pass Guest Services.
Thanks again for visiting planDisney!
