    Last year, we purchased two 4-day Park Hopper passes. Because of the virus, we had to cancel our trip, but I was able to extend our ticket order to September 6, 2021. I can't link these tickets to my Disney app.

    Happy news that you have extended tickets and an upcoming trip to visit Mickey, but frustrating news that technology issues are bugging things up.

    If linking your Park Hoppers to your My Disney Experience app is not working, try going online. I sometimes find using my desktop more successful. From the Walt Disney World website, hover over My Disney Experience and then click on "my plans" from the drop down menu. Pick the blue circle labeled "park tickets" and hit link tickets. Here you can input your ticket numbers.

    If online access is not successful, call a Cast Member at (407) 566-4985 who will assist you with existing tickets. Have something on hand besides listening to Disney hold music to keep you occupied; call volume is currently higher than normal. 

    I hope the extra anticipation time of your postponed Walt Disney World vacation makes the Mickey's Premium Ice Cream Bars taste sweeter and the fireworks shine brighter!
