I am so sorry you have been unable to use your
Theme Park Tickets, Susan. As Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, I would suggest holding onto your tickets until you are able to travel to Disneyland Resort again. While your tickets may expire, the value of the unused Theme Park Tickets remain, and can be used toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets. If you would like to inquire about your specific Theme Park Tickets, I recommend calling
Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.
