Last year we purchased Can. resident Park hopper passes to use in June,2020. we had to cancel our trip, kept the passes as you extended the expiration date to Dec. 16,2021. Regrettably we won't be able to make it before then, how do we get a refund?

    Hi Susan,

Thank you for taking the time to send your question to us here at planDisney, we really appreciate it!  As a fellow Canadian, I am patiently waiting for the borders to reopen so I can begin planning my visit to Disneyland Resort.  Hopefully we will both be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

I am so sorry you have been unable to use your Theme Park Tickets, Susan.  As Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, I would suggest holding onto your tickets until you are able to travel to Disneyland Resort again.  While your tickets may expire, the value of the unused Theme Park Tickets remain, and can be used toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets.  If you would like to inquire about your specific Theme Park Tickets, I recommend calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

Sending you extra Pixie Dust in hope that you will be able to get back to Disneyland Resort soon, Susan.  If you have any other questions, please come back to us here at planDisney, we are happy to help!
