I'm sorry to hear that you found your Christmas ornament from
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe recently broken! My cat, Juno, broke one of my beloved Christmas ornaments from Walt Disney World Resort last year, so I understand how you're feeling right now. If you want to replace your ornament, the first stop is going to be
shopDisney. They have a big selection of ornaments, and the one you're looking for just might be there. If you don't see your ornament on shopDisney, then you can get in contact with the Disney Parks Merchandise Department. They can be reached over the phone at (407) 363-6200 or you can e-mail them at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. Make sure that you have as much detailed information as possible about the ornament you're looking to replace. If you have a picture or maybe a receipt with an item number, that would be ideal! Hopefully, a friendly Disney Cast Member will know exactly the ornament you're looking for and be able to send it to you in time for Christmas this year.
