Last Year when we were at DW my son was, and currently is, too short to ride Splash Moutain! However i thought i see a smaller kids aimed spash mountain, what is the hieght requirement for this? and are there any other rides like the big ones for kids?

    Hi there Amanda!

I feel for your son! My daughter used to have the same problem. She has always wanted to ride the big rides but has always been the shortest in her class so while she had the spunk to do it, height wise she wasn't allowed. We used to try all kinds of tricks.. At one point we even put a hat on her with a little bit of tissue paper to make her seem taller for Kali River Rapids, nope didn't work.

Oh well, she is now ten and able to ride everything! She loves Rock-n-Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror! The height requirement for Splash Mountain is 40 inches so I hope he makes it! Here is a neat link to the height requirements for all of the rides at Walt Disney World. I hope this information comes in handy! If you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel and have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
