    Last year, I bought regular tickets to the park and used the Magic Band as entrance. I upgraded to Annual Passes on the last day. To get merchandise discounts now I need to show my annual pass, but I never received a physical card just my MagicBand, how?

    We have been Annual Passholders for many years and I love the benefits and perks associated with our Annual Pass. I'm excited for you to get your Annual Pass so you can continue enjoying your year of magic!

    On your next vacation to Walt Disney World Resort, visit any Guest Services window at any Disney Theme Park or Disney Springs and present a valid ID matching the name and address on your Pass. The Cast Member in Guest Services will provide you with your Pass so you can enjoy all of your Annual Pass benefits.
