Hello, Michelle,
I have such great memories of the desserts my children made while we dined at
Artist Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge when they were given a white chocolate puzzle with "paints" that they decorated before eating. Even though they are older now, they still order that when we dine there because it is still fun for them. So of course, I absolutely understand why you'd like to recreate the happy memories you had while staying at Disney's Beach Club Resort.
Sadly, I didn't see the cake pop desserts on the In-Room Dining Menu at Disney's Contemporary Resort, but one thing I've learned is even if you don't see a food item on the menu to still ask. I would certainly make an inquiry when you arrive. Also, I wonder if you might want to call the Cake Hotline (407-827-2253) to see if they may be able to assist you.
You may also be able to recreate a similar version on your own. Bayview Gifts and the Contempo Cafe at the resort sell bakery goods where you might find cake pops, cupcakes, or even plain sugar cookies. Then while at the Magic Kingdom, you could stop by the Main Street Confectionery shop where you could also find more baked good and possibly decorative sprinkles and such. I know we've purchased cake/cookie decorations there before, so I'm hopeful that they would still be available on your visit, too.
I'm sending you some pixie-dust that you'll be decorating cake pops with your daughters on this trip!
