    Hi, for the last week I have been trying to purchase 3 magicbands. One bejng Star Wars and two other plain (free ones). Every time after I try to purchase the system tells me “we encountered an error, please try again later”. Could someone help me pretty

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I feel your MagicBand anguish!  It is true to say that the premium MagicBands have been very popular, and my tip for anyone waiting to place an order for these is to check every day, several times each day if necessary, as they are constantly being replenished.  The premium bands are still flying off the shelves and the available selection changes all the time, and unfortunately you cannot order a MagicBand that is not currently being displayed.  In my experience, once you have placed your order for these - even if it's only for one member of your party - you cannot go back and edit this order.  I ordered a premium MagicBand for myself, but not for the rest of my family, and I instantly received an email to say "Your MagicBand package will be waiting for you at your Disney Resort hotel." (I am from the UK, and International Guests do not have their MagicBand shipped to their home address.)  Also on My Disney Experience account it stated that "Ordering is closed".   This is different to ordering the regular plain-coloured complimentary MagicBands, as you can edit your order up until 11 days prior to your expected arrival date (unless you have included a premium MagicBand in your selection).  So my second top tip, when ordering a premium MagicBand for all, or some of your family, please ensure that everyone else has already chosen their first/second/third options, as well as a solid-colour complimentary band, as you will not have the opportunity to update any part of the order later.

    If you have missed the opportunity to purchase your premium MagicBand through My Disney Experience, a wide selection of MagicBands, including limited editions, are available for purchase at full price at select stores around the theme parks and at Disney Springs.   Have a look in Mouse Gear at Epcot,  Emporium on Main Street U.S.A. and Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. at Magic Kingdom Park, and World of Disney and Marketplace Co-Op - D-Tech on Demand at Disney Springs for a great selection. You can also order them online from shopDisney.  It's definitely worth having a look there, as I have found some lovely designs that I am still enjoying wearing on my holidays at Walt Disney World Resort.
