Hello, last week I purchased hopper tickets for a 2-day ticket to Disneyland for 7/23-7/24/21. How do I upgrade the tickets to California resident ticket offer for a 3-day ticket? Thank you.

Hi there, Tzuhsien. Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your question for us.

Wow, a few more sleeps and you’ll be able to experience all the pixie-dusted fun at the Disneyland Resort! I see you’re interested in upgrading your current tickets to the California Resident offer. I think it’s such a great deal and glad to see you’re taking advantage of it.

To upgrade your current tickets to the promotional offer tickets, you’ll need to head to a Main Entrance ticket booth and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you. Just present your current tickets (you can show the ticket barcodes on the Disneyland mobile app on your phone or in an email if you don’t have the physical tickets) and pay the difference for the upgrade. You’ll be asked to show a form of identification as proof of California residency. Once everything is confirmed, be sure to make your theme park reservations for your visits as soon as possible to secure your desired dates and parks.

I hope this information is helpful for you. Please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again if you have further questions.

    Have a magical day,

I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
