Hi Danielle!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and welcome home from your high-seas adventure aboard the Disney Fantasy! I'm so thrilled to hear that your cruise was lovely and that you're thinking about doing a cruise aboard the
Disney Magic next year. I've had the privilege of setting sail on all four Disney Cruise Line ships, and would love to share my thoughts on going from the Disney Fantasy to the Disney Magic.
In my opinion, you will not be disappointed cruising the Canadian coast aboard the Disney Magic! Even though the ship might be smaller in size, it is packed with amenities, just like the Disney Fantasy! You will experience three Main Dining Restaurants, all with delicious food and the same outstanding customer service, Senses Spa & Salon, a beautiful pool deck with the
AquaDunk (rather than the AquaDuck) and incredible Youth Clubs galore! The Disney Magic does not have the adult-exclusive restaurant, Remy, but does have
Palo with its sweeping views of the ocean!
Based on a previous question of yours, I believe you may have set sail as a Concierge-level Guest during your most recent voyage! I wanted to share with you that the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder have Concierge Lounges on their ships, too! In fact, my family and I love them even more than the beautiful Concierge Lounges aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy because they are located on Deck 10 with gorgeous views! I'm sure you will sit back and enjoy beautiful views from the Concierge Lounge while sailing throughout Canada.
If you have any other questions while you plan for your next voyage with Captain Mickey, please come back and visit us again!
