Our last visit to WDW was Feb-13. We LOVED the Photopass+ lanyard. Photographers treated us special & we had tons of bonus pictures. Now that the Memories Maker is attached to the Magic Bands how do the photographers know we purchased the Memories Make

Smile, Alycia! You're on the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Isn't Memory Maker fun? I love to check out all of those great shots and not have to pick and choose which ones we want to buy - because we already get them all!

Once you buy Memory Maker, it's automatically added to your My Disney Experience account. If you're planning ahead, there's an Advance Purchase option you can buy at least three days ahead, which saves you a little money over waiting until you arrive. Then, just visit the friendly Disney PhotoPass photographers you'll see all over the parks, and tell them you've got Memory Maker. They'll take lots of extra shots - maybe even some special "Magic" shots with a bit of extra pixie dust.

Of course, with your Memory Maker package and MagicBand, you'll get all those great pictures from some of your favorite attractions, too (screaming on Space Mountain, perhaps?). Recently, Disney also added a new twist: videos taken onboard select attractions! Keep an eye out and you may just see your family taking a spin on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or dropping in on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

Hope this helps make your vacation picture-perfect, Alycia. Wishing you a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
