Our last visit to WDW was in 2018. We’ll be back next year! Other than all the new rides, are there any new fun activities we should plan to include in our schedule?

    Hi, Jill!

Welcome back to planDisney! I can hear the excitement in your voice as you plan your return visit back to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I am so happy you are able to hop across the big blue pond for another Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

You're right! There are a few new attractions available since your visit in 2018. At Magic Kingdom Park, you'll find TRON Lightcycle / Run and the just opened, Tiana's Bayou Adventure! At EPCOT, make sure to plan for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind . It's truly out of this world! You'll also find Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana and quite a transformation at the center of the park. There's also Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

As far as new activities, EPCOT also has a new nighttime spectacular -- Luminous The Symphony of Us. There are ever-changing special activities at each resort depending on where you're staying. For instance, you can take a painting class at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort or make a custom sign at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. You can find some of these and other available experiences through the Enchanting Extras Collection

Have a wonderful time planning your holiday, Jill! Should you have any other questions we would be happy to answer them for you. My panelist pals, Sue and Louise, are our current United Kingdom specialists and have all sorts of great advice and tips for planning overseas visits.

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
