On my last visit I booked the bounce back free dining offer. Can I add a connecting room for my good friends? Would they also be able to get in on the free dining offer? If so, how would I go about making the change?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jenny! It’s nice to hear from you again.

It’s always music to my ears when I hear that someone is planning a return visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I hope you had a truly wonderful time on your recent visit, and I know you’re so excited to get back into the middle of the magic.

Aren’t Bounceback Offers the best? They’re one of my favorite forms of pixie dust. These Special Offers for Guests staying in Walt Disney World Resort hotels magically appear in the welcome packet in your Guest room, and can also be inquired about by calling extension 8844 from a Guest room or checking with the front desk. I have a very hard time saying no to an offer to return to my happy place, especially when it’s connected to an excellent deal! I’m glad to hear you booked a Bounceback Offer and are on your way to another stay.

Jenny, Bounceback Offers must be booked by a certain deadline on your checkout day, so I don’t think your friends will be able to take advantage of the same offer. I recommend calling (407) 939-1936 to confirm this with a Reservations Cast Member, just to be sure.

If your friends don’t have access to the same offer, be sure to direct them to the Special Offers web page, as there can often be some great deals available. At this time, there is not a 2020 Free Dining Special Offer available, but the Special Offers change frequently, so I recommend keeping an eye on the page. I’ll also note that connecting rooms can be requested but not guaranteed, so be sure to add a note to both of your reservations once they book a room.

I hope this helps, and that your friends are able to find a great deal so they can join the fun in 2020! As you plan, dream, and count down to your next adventure, be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog to stay on top of all the latest news, and please come back and see us if you have any more questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
