Last visit was Aug 13-19 in 2006. Hoping to visit 2nd week in June 09. Will the crowds be similar or is June a bad time to travel? Thank you!

Early to mid-June is not as crowded as early to mid-August. Many schools across the country are still in session throughout June which helps to keep the guest attendance in check.

We visited in June this past year and I found the crowd levels manageable. Just have a good game plan which includes avoiding the parks with Extra Magic Hours, make your Advance Dining Reservations and take a mid-day break back at your hotel to rest out of the heat. Mid-day is the busiest time in the parks. Rest at your hotel and then return to the parks for the evenings.

Our experience is that we still get the most done by being at the park first thing in the morning!
