The last two visits to Disney and the Beauty and the Beast show at Hollywood studios ended with a little girl in the front row getting a rose from Belle. How could we set this up for our daughter on her next visit?

I've seen that show many times, Kerry, and I know exactly the moment in the show you are referring to.  It is a most magical moment, isn't it?  Unfortunately, there is not any way to "set up" or schedule that experience for your little girl, though I'm sure she fits the princess part!  Part of the magic of visiting Walt Disney World lies in the unexpected, unscripted experiences that can't be planned.  It's all left to chance, which means that each and every time you visit the show, you stand the chance of happening upon a moment that takes your breath away.  Maybe, just maybe, the next time will prove magical for you.  Good luck!
