Once it's assigned to a Guest,
MagicBand+ can't be reassigned to someone else. Becky, I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but here are a few options to consider. My personal favorite is purchasing a new MagicBand. There are so many cute options available! I personally have five, and once you have a MagicBand assigned to you, you can use it over and over again.
Another option is
MagicMobile, which turns your mobile device into your own park ticket. You'll also be able to scan into Lightning Lanes and do everything you can do with a MagicBand from your phone.
If you're staying on-site, you can also get a
Key to the World card at check-in. I always like to have this as a backup option just in case I want to save my phone's battery or if my MagicBand battery dies. It's also great for kids, because if they lose it, you can get another one.
