Hi Kimberly,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Congratulations on your weight loss! It can be hard to stay on track with healthy eating with all the amazing snacks in the parks, and I love that you’re planning ahead.
Walt Disney World Resorts carry Coke products, and I have seen Coke Zero in resort food court soda fountains, as well as in refrigerated cases around the resort food courts and gift shops. I bet you could find it in Club Cool at Epcot, as well as in the
Coca-Cola Store in Disney Springs. If there is a food item I absolutely must have while I’m at Walt Disney World, I always bring it with me just to be safe, and you can also
order food to your resort using a grocery delivery service. We’ve used Garden Grocer in the past and thought they were great.
Kimberly, did you know you can get free ice water at any of the quick-service locations around the theme parks? On my recent trip I started noticing the big ice water dispensers available at places like Starbucks and various dining spots. Since you mentioned bringing your water bottle, I just wanted to be sure you were aware of this great option. My children love these dispensers and choose them over water fountains since they think Florida water “tastes like Pirates of the Caribbean.” I love that Disney makes sure water is readily accessible to keep us hydrated and ready for adventure.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
