Last time we came to WDW, I had trouble getting dining reservations for BOG even at 180 days ahead of time. Which is my best tool to make sure we get in this time? Should I call or use the on line reservations?

    Hi Cris!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your wonderful question about advanced dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort!

Be Our Guest Restaurant is extremely popular, and like you, I have had issues securing advanced dining reservations for this unforgettable dining venue in the past. Yes, even at 180 days in advance, Be Our Guest Restaurant reservations tend to quickly fill up!

Cris, I recommend using the online advance dining reservation system as it is available earlier in the day. Online reservation availability for select Walt Disney World restaurants begins daily at approximately 5:45 AM ET. This time tends to shift a bit, so I suggest logging in as early as 5:40 AM. The Disney Reservation Center is not available by phone until 7:00 AM.

The Disney Reservation Center is available by phone from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends.

Disney Mom Tip: Remember, if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you are eligible to make advanced dining reservations 180 days in advance of your vacation -- for up to 10 days at a time! This "180 + 10 days" benefit is exclusive to Disney Resort hotel Guests and offers a huge advantage for securing popular dining reservations. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, I suggest trying to book your Be Our Guest Restaurant reservation for a later day included in your "extended" dining reservation window. This is how I was able to book my first meal at Be Our Guest Restaurant!

If you have any additional questions, I encourage you to visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are all EARS!

    Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
