I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble in the past with your
Annual Passes - it's never fun when there's a hiccup in being able to access the Theme Parks! If you are concerned about anything with your Annual Pass, I have two recommendations.
First, you may want to
call and speak to a Cast Member at V.I.PASSHOLDER Support to see if they have any recommendations or can investigate prior to your next trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. Second, be sure to bring any documentation with you on your next trip, including photo identification with your name that matches your Annual Pass. Then, stop by a
Guest Relations location at one of the four Theme Parks or at Disney Springs to get some assistance from a Cast Member. They should be able to get you back to the magic in no time!
