Last time we visited we rented a wheelchair for one member but may think about renting an EVC this time. I understand that with Disney's new policy they have a select list of vendors approved. Where may I find that list?

    Hi, Kathryn!

In addition to Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rental locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort, a number of local private companies also offer wheelchair rentals. The policy regarding ECVs rented from private companies and delivered to Walt Disney World Resorts did recently change. Select vendors are welcome to check equipment with Bell Services for Guest retrieval and return. Other vendors are still able to rent to Guests on Disney property, but they must hand the equipment directly to the Guest and collect the equipment directly from them.

More information about ECV policies for Guests with mobility challenges, including a list of local private rental companies and where ECVs can be obtained for rental inside the theme parks, is available on the Walt Disney World Web site.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
