Last time we visited Disney world we did not use one of our day passes. I was given a code to give next time we visit to redeem our tickets. I'm trying to make a reservation now but cant because I dont have a ticket number. How to I get my tickets?

    Hi, there!

Alexis, I'm so happy to hear you're planning another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. There's no place I'd rather be!

The Disney Park Pass system is part of Disney's phased reopening process. It helps manage attendance and promotes physical distancing for the health and safety of all Guests. To make a Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System, you'll need to have valid Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. You'll need a ticket ID number for each of the tickets you'd like to redeem for this visit in order to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If there isn't a ticket ID number associated with the code you were given, I recommend calling the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Be sure to have all your information on hand when you call, especially the code you received.

Once you have your Theme Park Tickets sorted out and linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can go ahead and make your Theme Park Reservations. You may find limited availability for the date of your visit. If your tickets include the Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to visit theme parks without Theme Park Reservation availability after visiting the theme park you have a reservation for first. If you have lots of flexibility, you may even want to consider visiting at a later time when there's greater availability. Make sure to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar before accessing the Disney Park Pass System.

Take some time to review the Know Before You Go section of the Walt Disney World Resort website before your arrival. It has lots of important information about the health and safety measures being taken in and out of the theme parks.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Alexis! Please let us know if you have any other questions about the Walt Disney World Resort.
