    When is the last time the mattresses were replaced in standard rooms at AKL Jambo house?

    Hi there, Erin!

    I called and spoke with a couple of different Cast Members at Disney's Animal Kindgdom Lodge who said that when renovations such as swapping out mattresses are done, they do the rooms in sections so different rooms are done at different times. I also spoke with another Cast Member in Mousekeeping who said that they don't have that information available to them. My best recommendation is that when you call in to make your Resort reservation, ask the Cast Member to note a request on your reservation to be put in a most recently renovated room. Of course, it's not a guarantee, but they will definitely do their best to accommodate your request.
