The last time my family visited WDW was in 2005. We bought 10 day no expiration park hopper passes but only used 4 of the days. We will be visiting again next week, but I am not sure what I have done with the passes. What should I do?

Hi, Candice!   Here are some ways to track down your ticket:

-Do you have a receipt if you purchased the tickets at a Disney Store or WDW Ticket Window?
-Were the tickets linked to a resort reservation?
-Did you make a copy of the back of the tickets?

If you have any of this information, have it handy and call (407)W-DISNEY to see if they can help.  Without any record, however, tickets cannot be tracked down.  The good news is, with the no expiration option, you can use them whenever you find them, even if it is years from now.

Not that this will make you feel any better, but in the future, I suggest to do the following with your park tickets:

-Put your name and cell phone number on the front of the ticket.
-Make a copy of the back of the ticket and copy of the receipt.  Make 2 copies of each, carry one in your suitcase and keep one in a secure spot at home.
-Keep track of days used on each ticket.  I put a blank label on the front and just tally mark days used so I can remember what I have left on each ticket.
-Keep a travel folder with your important papers and store your unused tickets there.

Good luck, I REALLY hope you find your tickets!  Sending a little extra pixie dust  your way!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
