The last time my family visited Disney World was 2010. When we were there, part of Magic Kingdom was under construction. Were returning to Disney World later July. What are some new rides/restuarents/things to do at Disney(not just magic kingdom) Thanks!!

    Hey Janice-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Noah are you in for a treat! Since your last visit a major renovation occurred at the Magic Kingdom Park. The New Fantasyland’s Enchanted Forest and Storybook Circus areas have been completed. In the Enchanted Forest enjoy the rush of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Enchanted Tales with Belle, Princess Fairytale Hall, Under the Sea~Journey of the Little Mermaid and Ariel’s Grotto attractions. Dine with the Beast at the Be Our Guest Restaurant and enjoy the manly dishes at Gaston’s Tavern. In the Storybook Circus fly high on the Barnstormer. Dumbo The Flying Elephant has two flight platforms with a fantastic big-top interactive play area. I love the attention to detail in this area. Check for peanuts stomped into the cement.

Epcot is home to the refurbished and lightening fast Test Track Presented by Chevrolet. Create your own car and test it’s speed, eco-friendliness, power and handling.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has added changed Star Tours-The Journey Continues. You are now immersed in the Star Wars universe as you protect the rebel spy. There are over 30 adventures you can blast off and explore. For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration is a chance to join your favorite Frozen characters to rock out.

In Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park the Harambe Market opened providing guests with unique African treats. Kilimanjaro Safaris allows you to see more zebras during the inspiration trek.

Downtown Disney has the biggest changes with all new restaurants and shopping. This is a must visit location. Check out Trend-D and super cool amphicars parked outside The BOATHOUSE®: Great Food, Waterfront Dining, Dream Boats restaurant.

Oh and how could I not mention the presence of a Starbucks Coffee at every theme park.

Janice, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
