Last time we were at Disney World we used Neverland Club and Sandcastle Club. The kids liked them both, but LOVED the Neverland club because it was themed so well! How are the others? Simbas, Cubs, Mouseketeer, and Dolphin, how are they themed?

    Hi Richard!

My daughter has had the opportunity of experiencing all of the above Children's Activity Centers listed in your question, minus Camp Dolphin. While each center was well-themed and provided plenty of supervised fun and games, hands down my little one's favorite location is the Neverland Club at Disney's Polynesian Resort.

As a parent, I've also looked at each childcare area through the lens of the most "bang for my buck" and feel that there is an added advantage to the Neverland Club in that it opens at 4pm instead of the usual 4:30pm for the other Disney resort hotel locations or 5:30pm as is the case with Camp Dolphin. My princess tends to be tired by about 9pm and so, the earlier start time gets us out the door a little bit faster and back to our guest room at the end of the evening sooner.

Be sure to keep in mind that reservations are recommended for all locations with same day walk-ins also welcome based on availability. For Camp Dolphin however, advanced reservations are required. Simply  call (407) WDW-DINE to make your childcare arrangements prior to leaving home for your vacation.

Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to visit us again in the days leading up to your trip!
