    The last time we were at Disney, we received complimentary tickets for our next trip. . The problem is that we were unable to schedule the complementary tickets. They appear in our APP but do not allow scheduling.

    I'm so happy to hEAR that you're getting ready to return to Walt Disney World Resort!  During the phased reopening process, things might look a bit different from what we're used to, but the magic will still be there.  To visit the theme parks at this time, you will need to have valid theme park admission linked to your My Disney Experience account, along with Disney Park Pass reservations.

    I'm sorry that you're having difficulty making your theme park plans for your upcoming visit.  Since I'm not sure exactly what type of complimentary tickets you have, I would recommend calling the Help Center phone number for existing tickets.  I'm sure that a Cast Member will be able to take a look at the tickets that you have linked to your My Disney Experience account and get everything sorted out for you faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
