Hello, Alexandra,
Oh no! I hope you don’t have to postpone your visit to the Disneyland Resort. But if you need to cancel a future
theme park reservation, you have until 11:59 PM Pacific time the night before the reservation to cancel it. Then as long as your theme park admission is
still valid, you can book another reservation to replace it on an available date for your admission type.
The place to go to both cancel and rebook park reservations is the "
My Theme Park Reservations" page of the Disneyland Resort website. You can check the
theme park reservation availability calendar for available dates within the next 120 days. Be sure to keep in mind any blockout dates for your tickets. Or if you are using a
Magic Key pass, you may consult the
Magic Key Access Calendar.
But what if you don’t happen to cancel your park reservation in time for the 11:59 PM cutoff? That depends on the type of theme park admission you are using. If you have a typical theme park ticket, the only consequence is that you will only be able to book a new theme park reservation starting at 12:00 AM the day after the unused park reservation. Magic Key Passholders must adhere to the
Magic Key Terms and Conditions and the current "no-show" policy. At this time, the
Magic Key no-show policy is enforced if a Passholder misses three reservations in a 90-day period.
I hope you can visit the Disneyland Resort soon, Alexandra. But if it happens to be later, I’m sure there will still be plenty of magic to enjoy at The Happiest Place on Earth. For example, the
Disney100 Celebration is currently in full swing.
Have a magical time!
