    Last September we stayed at Coronado Springs and loved their bed (king size) The comfort was great. We are now thinking of staying at Port Orleans French Qtr. How comfortable are the beds? We really need a soft bed. Also is it true there is only one

    Hi Kimberly!

         Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort!  All of their guest rooms have been refurbished, as of April, 2011.  This includes brand new beds!  You mentioned that you were interested in a King size bed, which is certainly available; however, I did want to mention that most rooms have been updated to feature Queen, rather than double beds.  This is wonderful news! 

         Honestly, I find most of the new beds to be quite firm, which I LOVE.  Sadly, this doesn't appear to be your bed of choice -so sorry!  Regardless, I think that you will love the quaint feel of Port Orleans French Quarter.  All of the rooms are just a short stroll to the food court, lobby and bus stop.  Have a wonderful vacation!
