Hi Andy!
It sounds like you are planning a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation! If you will be visiting Magic Kingdom on the same day as
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, then your standard theme park ticket will allow you entry into the theme park until 7:00 p.m. After 7:00 p.m., Guests without tickets to that evening's party will be asked to exit the theme park. Dining reservations will require valid admission into the theme park to enjoy the reservation, so if you have a reservation after 7:00 p.m., you will need a ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party to enjoy your dinner reservation.
If you will not be attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, I recommend that you plan on enjoying one of the fantastic restaurants at one of the Monorail Resorts for the last evening of your trip after your Magic Kingdom day. Some of my family's favorites are
'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort,
Chef Mickey's or
California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort and
Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. All of these restaurants have incredible food and amazing atmosphere that will be the perfect way to end your trip. Plus, each of these Disney Resort hotels provide amazing views of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and I think watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks after your meal would be the perfect way to end your vacation!
T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
