    Last night I made rezzies at the Disneyland Hotel in Nov and bought tickets. I didn't get a confirmation email and it has me worried! I didn't write down the confirmation # after purchasing, but the charge is pending on our CC. Is this normal?

    I'm so excited that you have a trip to the Disneyland Resort booked for this November! The Disneyland Hotel is my favorite hotel and I just know that you are going to love the classic Disney charm of this hotel and the short walk to the parks. 

    Confirmation emails can take up to 24 hours to send. But if it's been a few days since you made your reservation, I would check your spam folder. If you were logged into your Disneyland account when you made your reservation, it might be automatically linked to your account. On the Disneyland website, select "My Hotel Reservations" from the "My Disneyland" menu. If your reservation is not there, give the Hotel Reservations line a call at (714) 956-MICKEY. They should be able to look up your reservation using information other than your confirmation number. Once they retrieve your reservation, you can ask for your confirmation number that you can manually link to your account.  

    With your vacation package linked to your account, you should be able to make theme park reservations once you are within 120 days of your arrival date. Start on the "Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page and click the "Make Park Reservations" button. After logging in, you should be directed to make reservations. If not, on the "My Theme Park Reservations" page, scroll down and click the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" button. Enter your confirmation number, last name, and arrival date. From there, you should be able to make theme park reservations for your trip.
