Last minute trip to magic kingdom the day before thanksgiving. We won't be there the specific dates of the mickeys Christmas party..so wanted to know what the park will have that will still be Christmas themed: events, characters, shows, parade, dining

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole! It’s a merry season during November and December at Walt Disney World Resort. There’s plenty of merriment to keep you occupied!

Of course, since you know about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you may also know that the day after Halloween, Magic Kingdom undergoes a magical transformation from spooky to merry! The video timelapse is amazing to see, and can give you a peek at what you can expect to see. You’ll also find Resort decorations like Lobby Christmas trees, lights, boughs, and more. Santa visits in Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting November 9th, where you can share your holiday wishes! And please consider staying after nightfall in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! starts flying over Grauman’s Chinese Theatre November 6th, and is an amazing holiday fireworks and projection display. Afterwards, mosey down Sunset Boulevard to see the Flurry of Fun, including snow, Sunset Season’s Greetings and more. Epcot will share it’s Festival of the Holidays with merriment and mirth starting November 18, where you can experience the season with different cultures and countries, not to mention the famous Candlelight Processional service. I love seeing the “tree” choir! Lastly, I want to share the Christmas Tree at Disney Springs with you. This free walkthrough shows off lots of trees decorated to themes of movies, characters, attractions and more. You’ll see lots of surprises!

If I can share more holiday wonders like the Giant Gingerbread House with you, please visit the panel again. We’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
