Hi, Last minute planning means we will pick up our tickets at will-call. Do all family need to be present to pick them up? Can the tickets be picked up the night before our first day?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so happy you stopped by to bring us your question. It’s our pleasure to assist you with your magical plans for your upcoming visit to the place where the magic is endless.

I love last minute visits to the Walt Disney World Resort! They are so fun and exciting, plus, no lengthy countdowns since you'll be arriving so soon. Yay!

Once you arrive, you will absolutely be able to pick up your tickets for your entire family without them having to be present. Be sure to have with you a valid ID with the name that matches the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your purchase confirmation number. Also, you will need to collect all tickets purchased as partial pickups are not permitted. If payment was done with multiple forms of payment, only one form is needed.

You will be able to pick up your tickets at any ticket window location and Guest Relations. To avoid paying for parking at the theme parks, you can pick up your tickets the night you arrive at the Disney Springs Guest Relations desk. And why not start your magical vacation that evening with a fun dinner at one of the amazing dining locations there! Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' is a personal favorite thanks to two tasty words: chicken and donuts. So tasty!

I hope you have a magical time! Be sure to come back and see us again soon.

¡Hola! I’m Emille, your go-to mamá for all things Disney magic—especially in Español! As a proud mom of two, I’ve spent nearly a decade living in Orlando, where Walt Disney World is practically my backyard. When I’m not soaking in the magic of Main Street, U.S.A., I’m here to help fellow Disney fans craft their own unforgettable adventures—because the best Disney stories are the ones we write together. Let’s make some magic!
