Last minute planning: Am I able to put down a deposit on a package if the arrival date I would like is October 30th? I think I read somewhere the balance must be paid within 45 days. Thank you.

    Hi Kerry,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  If you are planning a last minute vacation for October 2011, you must pay in full because it is less than 45 days away from your vacation reservation.  You will not have the option to pay a deposit.

If you are planning a vacation for October 2012, at the time of booking you are only required to pay a $200.00 deposit (strictly your choice to pay more) if you are booking a vacation package.  The balance is due 45 days prior to your check-in date.  If you are booking a room only reservation, deposits are limited to an amount equal to one night's room plus tax.  The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

    Have a magical day!
