Ahoy Erica! Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question!
It's never too late to plan for your next getaway! I've planned a few vacations only days before and they ended up being just as fun as the rest!
Erica, I completely understand your concern. My family is going through a similar situation with my daughter and she has a short list of foods she is eating as well. When we travel to Walt Disney World, while it can be a struggle to find food she eats here, we always know we can stock our resort room with the foods she will eat. When we set sail on a cruise in the middle of the ocean, we don't have this exact same peace of mind.
With that said, the
Disney Dream has countless food options between table service, quick service, and buffet-style dining. There is everything from pizza, burgers, ice cream, fries, shakes, you name it and they most likely have it. Mickey pretzels can sometimes be found aboard the ship, but this is not a guarantee. You may be able to find other pretzel options instead.
You'll also have
access to 24-hour room service in the event that you get hungry at late hours or plan on being in your room during the day. There are a lot of kid-friendly options on this menu that will hopefully satisfy your little one. You can also bring
unopened, non-perishable snacks onboard with you. If there is anything that she likes to eat that you can bring along, this may ease your mind a bit in the event that she does not find a lot that she likes.
Erica, if you decide to set sail, I suggest talking with the Cast Members upon arrival to let them know of your dietary needs. Your server will do its best to accommodate any request you may have. This has been my experience over the years!
Have a magical day!
