    Last minute dining res for my June 2013 trip. If I book a 7:45 dinner res at Rainforest Cafe at AK, will there be enough time to eat and get a bus back to hotel. The park closes at 7 pm that night. Or should I just head to DTD at close and eat there?

    Rather than rushing through your late meal in an attempt to make the bus in time, or needing to take a taxi back to your resort, choose an evening plan that will allow you to relax and enjoy every Magical moment!

    Consider a reservation at the Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney, or, if that's currently unavailable, there are so many other fantastic spots to choose from. A few of my favourite family dining locations at Downtown Disney include Paradiso 37, Raglan Road Irish pub and Restaurant, and Portobello. Check for availability online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE. This way, you can enjoy a full day at Animal Kingdom Park, a relaxing dinner, and even some people watching, entertainment and shopping! My family just loves perusing all the fantastic shops of Downtown Disney in the later, evening hours. 

    I'd highly recommend saving room for a late night treat at Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop. Pure heaven! My favourite indulgence - my husband and I share the Gold Rush sundae along with a Sea Salt Caramel Hot Cocoa! Mmmmmm ...
