Hi! Last June my boyfriend and I purchased 3 day no expiration tickets, we were hoping to go to Epcot on Friday to see the Flower show, but my boyfriend misplaced the actual ticket. Can they find it using a photo ID or the card it was purchased on? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah,
You are in for a real treat when you see the Epcot Flower show!

It is relatively simple to have another ticket issued, provided you originally purchased your tickets directly through Disney.  If you purchased through a third party, Disney will not have a record of the purchase.

Simply bring either 1) the credit card on which the ticket was purchased or 2) the confirmation number of the purchase (or bring both if you can) to the guest relations window at the entrance of any theme park.  With one or both of these pieces of information, they will be able to retrieve the ticket.

If you don't have either of those pieces of information, call the ticket services line at 407-566-4985 and chose phone option #5.  They will do their best to help you.  Tickets services is open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 4pm.

Sarah, have a wonderful time at Epcot!
