Last full day of vacation @ Epcot on 4th of July. We are not early birds. I've heard the crowds are quite high on the 4th. Suggestions for what to expect and how we can plan for a most enjoyable last day?! ADR @ Coral Reef @ 8pm. Thank you guys!

    Hi Kimberly,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the fourth of July holiday is going to be extra magical and unfortunately, extra crowded as well.

Although you are not "early birds", I would still suggest that you get to Epcot as early as possible to enjoy the Attractions before the Park gets too busy. In the past, Epcot has had Disney characters dressed in patriotic costumes near the American Adventure in World Showcase in addition to "Voices of Liberty 4th of July Concert" at various times throughout the day, and you want to be sure to catch one of these performances! I recommend taking a mid-day break back at your Resort Hotel and then heading back to the Park later in the evening for your dinner at Coral Reef Restaurant. Be prepared for large crowds for the Fourth of July edition of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth. You can always view the Fireworks from the bridge outside of the International Gateway entrance to Epcot if the Park should the Park become too congested.

I hope this information helps. Please stop back by if you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
