    When I was last at disney some of the attractions opened later than the park, is this still true and is there a list of when these attractions open?

    Hello there Mary!

    There are times when certain parks at Walt disney World open early or stay open later than normal closing time. This is better known as "Extra Magic Hours" (EMH). The early "EMH" at the parks takes place typically from 8:00am until 9:00am (an hour before park opening) and the after hours "EMH" varies by the park and time of the year. This is a privilege only available to guests staying at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts. All you have to do is make sure that you have your Key to the World card (Resort ID) to be allowed access to the rides and the parks. It really is a great system because if you are like me, and love being in the parks later, you can ride many rides without the long lines.
