Hello there, Last December I won 2 passes ($500 total) at my employer Christmas party. I will not be able to use these anytime this co.ing year. Can you tell me how long they are valid, and any other options I would possibly have in exchanging them, etc?

    Greetings Keely!

A very warm welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing your question to us!

First, I’d like to extend a huge congratulations to you for being the big prize winner at your company’s Christmas party! I’m sure you were the envy of your fellow employees!

Unused single day tickets and wholly unused multi-day tickets are valid for a future visit through the end of the stated expiration date. This date can usually be found on the back of your tickets. But, there’s no need to worry if you are unable to visit before the printed expiration date. According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because you won the tickets at a company party, I recommend checking with the event organizers to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase. If you have any additional questions, I encourage you to contact Tickets Services at (714) 781-4636.

I hope this information is helpful! Please come back and see us with more questions!
