Hello, Emily!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry if your vacation plans are experiencing a plot twist, that is never a good feeling.

Altering your trip details depends on the type of reservation you have:

If you need to modify a theme park reservation you can do that online and it's really easy!
You can also modify dining reservations on the Disneyland website or through the Disneyland Mobile App.
If you made a hotel-only reservation at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels you can call to modify that reservation. Cancellation fees may apply.
If you booked a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package you should call the Vacation Packages phone number and speak with a Cast Member. The Vacation Package Terms and Conditions will apply to any changes that you need to make. According to those terms and conditions, no changes may be made to the Travel ePackage 4 days or less prior to Guest arrival.

If you booked your vacation through a third-party vendor or a travel agent then you'll need to contact them for assistance.

I'm sorry Emily, I know that isn't super specific and there are a lot of variables involved! I hope that you're able to speak with a Cast Member and come to a good solution so that you can enjoy the magic of the parks soon. There is a lot of fun coming to the Disneyland Resort in 2024 and I cannot wait to get this new year started!
