On our last day at Disney World we will be at Epcot. We will need to catch a ride share to the airport in the late afternoon directly from the park. Where is the best place to catch the ride? And is there a place to store luggage outside Epcot?

Hey Howdy Hey Kaye and welcome to planDisney!

Vacations to the Walt Disney World Resort are full of Magic and so much fun, so much so that it is super hard to leave. My family loves to take later flights out on the day we leave and enjoy the resort for as long as we can. Many people such as yourself like to get to the parks on the last day as well. While this is totally possible, let's go over some things to consider for the last day.

The big issue with your situation is your luggage. There is no place at the parks to store your luggage while you enjoy your final day there. This would happen at your resort. All Disney Resort hotels have Bell Services that would be more than happy to hold your luggage on your departure day so you can enjoy the parks. You may have to leave the parks a bit earlier than you intended and then head back to your resort to pick up your luggage and your rideshare.

Depending on how light you travel, all parks have locker rentals available for a minimal cost. The current locker sizes are listed on the site which may help decide if this option is available for you. Locker sizes do vary based on parks and availability is not guaranteed so just keep that in mind.

I know this is probably not the news you wanted to hear for your last day in the parks, but hopefully, it helps you prepare for your last-day strategy. You can get a lot done during Early Theme Park Entry which you will still be able to enjoy! Let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
