Disney Cruise Line sailing. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty downloading your purchased photo memory. Let's see if together we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction from my personal similar past experience with difficulty accessing my purchased photos.
If I may ask you to kindly sign in to your
Disney Cruise Line account and then on the
Home Page on the far right, hover your cursor over the
Already Booked tab to select
My Profile to enter your
Castaway Club ID number. If you need your
Castaway Club ID number it will be under
Membership & Passes. From the point of selecting
My Profile please then select
Link Photos where you should be able to see and access your purchased photo from your digital account. Patricia, if you try this to no avail, I apologize and recommend that you
contact Disney Cruise Line by telephone or email at your earliest possible convenience.
As phone line wait times may be lengthy with the bookings for the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, the
Disney Wish, I recommend contacting the support line either early morning, or later in the evening. The hours of operation are currently, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
